Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, requiring all cancellations to be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made prior to 120 days before the conference start date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a USD 100 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 120 days of the conference start date are non-refundable. However, the registration fee can be transferred to future annual conferences.

Completion of the registration process implies agreement to these terms.
The organizer reserves the right to enact last-minute changes without prior notice, as deemed necessary.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference. In such cases, payments made for registration and/or lodging will be refunded, and the organizer will bear no further liability to the participant.
Registrations remain valid in the event of conference postponement.
The organizer accepts no liability for personal injuries or loss/damage to property during or resulting from the conference.
Lost and found items will be managed at the registration desk during events. Found items should be surrendered to the venue's local security office at the end of each day.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly, showing respect, kindness, and compassion towards others and the community. ICBioEnergy 2024 reserves the right, without refund, to expel attendees whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disorderly, or offensive by ICBioEnergy 2024, affiliated third parties, or local authorities.
ICBioEnergy 2024 reserves the right to modify these terms without individual notice. Participants are advised to periodically review the terms. Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable term shall be deemed severable, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
Conference room access is restricted to registered participants and their companions.
Accommodation providers (hotels) enforce their own cancellation policies, typically applicable for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival. Inform us promptly of any accommodation cancellation or amendment.
Press permission must be obtained from ICBioEnergy 2024 and the conference organizing committee before the event. Press entities may not quote speakers or delegates without written approval.
Participants are responsible for transportation and parking.
